Another busy couple of weeks at RWT!

It’s been a busy couple of weeks at RWT despite the horrible wet weather. We kicked things off by collecting a vibrant orange Nissan GTR R35 with an impressive 2000Hp upgrade from Severn Valley Motorsports.
Soon after, we welcomed a new Land Rover Defender hybrid from Marshals of Peterborough, both vehicles now awaiting shipment at the docks.
A sudden storm threw a spanner in the works and disrupted our plans, causing delays in loading some vehicles stuck at ports due to rough crossings. This unexpected turn of events put a temporary halt on all deliveries.
The following week commenced with the collection of a Mercedes Pagoda for Hills Prestige car specialists of Lymington, destined for their showroom. During our visit, we also loaded a luxurious Bentley Continental GT, equipped with a W12, 626 hp, twin-turbo, 4WD, and 8-speed Auto—a true marvel.
Resuming our journey on the road, we picked up a Tesla Model Y from the heart of London. Adapting to the electric vehicle experience being a petrol head proved intriguing, from starting the Tesla with a credit card or a phone app to the quiet operation and the absence of traditional cabin buttons, replaced by a sizable iPad.

Wrapping up the week, we secured a superb mini shell renovation from Mill Road Garage on the Isle of Wight. Loaded and ready for delivery the following Monday, this renovation project is eagerly anticipated by a customer ready to install the engine and interior, gearing up for years of enjoyment on the road.

Looking ahead, the upcoming week promises another round of busyness as we continue to catch up on deliveries delayed by the storm. So, it’s back on the road, ready to accumulate more tarmac miles. Have a great weekend guys!
